The crowd at Saturday's non-league battle between the Plymouth Pilgrims/Rockies (Plymouth, IN) and the visiting Tippecanoe Valley Vikings (Akron, IN), saw Plymouth's baseball team get by Tippecanoe Valley by a tally of 3-2.

The Pilgrims/Rockies (15-11) will now prepare for their battle against South Bend Washington (South Bend, IN). The Panthers enter the non-league battle with a 7-14 record. In their last battle, South Bend Washington held off 21st Century Charter (Gary, IN), 12-5, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Vikings clash with the Angola Hornets (Angola, IN) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, May 24. Tippecanoe Valley will attempt to better on its 3-19 season record. The Hornets go into the challenge with a 9-13 record after their 10-0 league win over Prairie Heights (LaGrange, IN).
