In Saturday's league test, the Manchester Squires (North Manchester, IN) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Northfield Norsemen (Wabash, IN), by a count of 10-2.

Next, the Squires meet the Wabash Apaches (Wabash, IN) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, May 27. Manchester will attempt to upgrade on its 13-14 season record. The Apaches go into the test with a 9-12 record after their 17-6 league loss to Southwood (Wabash, IN).

The Norsemen (2-17) will now prepare for their test against Daleville (Daleville, IN). The Broncos go into the non-league test with a 14-8 record. In their last test, Daleville toppled Wapahani (Selma, IN), 7-5, in a league test.
