Emma Gassman broke the ice for Deerfield with a shot into the far corner at 21:20 after a passing sequence initiated by Ally Linn, who found Riley Schimanski, who laid the ball into Gassman's path. Tyler Schreiber got her first career goal at 42:20 after Linn and Holly Deutsch worked a short corner and found Schreiber 12 yards from goal. The senior turned and tucked the ball into the far corner. After Maine West pulled one back, Riley Schimanski took a pass from Emily Fox and fired a dipping shot that skimmed under the keeper and into the net. Schimanski now has scored in 10 consecutive games.
