Helena Bengals (Helena, MT) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Great Falls Bison (Great Falls, MT), 7-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Bengals now sport a 17-3 record. They take the field next when they host Glacier for a non-league challenge on Friday, May 26. Helena will face a Wolfpack squad coming off a 7-0 non-league win over Big Sky (Missoula, MT). The Wolfpack record now stands at 17-2.

With the loss, Great Falls falls to 13-9 on the campaign. The Bison travel to Flathead (Kalispell, MT) to face the Braves/Bravettes in a non-league challenge on Thursday, May 25. The Braves/Bravettes enter the challenge with a record of 5-14. Flathead lost 14-4 in their recent league challenge against Butte (Butte, MT)
