May 26, 2025: Peabody, MA 01960 Peabody Veterans Memorial Tanners (Peabody, MA) backers left the game pleased Monday as they saw their softball squad nudge the visiting Swampscott Big Blue (Swampscott, MA), 9-6 in a non-league game.
With the triumph, Peabody Veterans Memorial upgrades its record to 9-9 on the year. The Tanners travel to Bishop Feehan (Attleboro, MA) to play the Shamrocks in a non-league game on Saturday, May 31. The Shamrocks enter the game with a record of 6-4.
The Big Blue now own a 9-10 record. They play next when they host Lynn English for a non-league game on Monday, May 26.
