Washington High School Softball - Walla Walla nudges Bonney Lake
May 27, 2023: Bonney Lake, WA 98390 Walla Walla Blue Devils (Walla Walla, WA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Bonney Lake Panthers (Bonney Lake, WA), 6-5 in a non-league challenge.
The Blue Devils now own a 13-16 record. They take the field next when they travel to Snohomish for a non-league challenge on Saturday, May 27. Walla Walla will face a Panthers squad coming off a 7-3 non-league win over Mt. Spokane (Mead, WA). The Panthers record now stands at 24-3.
With the loss, Bonney Lake falls to 24-9 on the campaign. The Panthers host Gig Harbor (Gig Harbor, WA) to face the Tides in a non-league challenge on Saturday, May 27. The Tides enter the challenge with a record of 19-10. Gig Harbor won 8-5 in their recent non-league challenge against Timberline (Lacey, WA)
