In Monday's non-league challenge, the South Central Rebels (Elizabeth, IN) baseball squad the visiting Borden Braves (Borden, IN), by a final score of 8-4.

With the win, South Central upgrades its record to 13-8 on the season. The Rebels travel to Trinity Lutheran (Seymour, IN) to battle the Cougars in a non-league challenge on Saturday, June 1. The Cougars come into the challenge with a record of 15-11. Trinity Lutheran won 8-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Shawe Memorial (Madison, IN)

With the defeat, Borden falls to 14-13 on the season.
