Virginia High School Baseball - Lake Braddock nips West Springfield
May 27, 2024: Springfield, VA 22152 Lake Braddock Bruins (Burke, VA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they observed their baseball squad hold off the host West Springfield Spartans (Springfield, VA), 4-3 in a non-league test.
With the win, Lake Braddock upgrades its record to 18-6 on the season. The Bruins host West Potomac (Alexandria, VA) to battle the Wolverines in a non-league test on Wednesday, May 29. The Wolverines come into the test with a record of 14-10. West Potomac won 7-1 in their recent non-league test against Woodson (Fairfax, VA)
With the defeat, West Springfield falls to 14-10 on the season.
