Maine High School Softball - Winthrop Mount View
May 27, 2025: Winthrop, ME 04364 The Winthrop Ramblers softball team scored 9 runs and held the visiting Mount View Mustangs to 6 in the Ramblers non-league win on Tuesday.
The Ramblers now sport a 2-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mount Abram for a Class C South battle on Friday, May 30. Winthrop will confront a Roadrunners team coming off a 13-3 league loss to Madison (Madison, ME). The Roadrunners record now stands at 1-12.
With the loss, Mount View moves to 2-9 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Winslow (Winslow, ME) to confront the Black Raiders in a non-league battle on Wednesday, May 28. The Black Raiders come into the battle with a record of 2-7.
