Vermont High School Softball - Hartford bounces Windsor
May 28, 2022: White River Junction, VT 05001 Hartford Hurricanes (White River Junction, VT) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Windsor Yellowjackets (Windsor, VT), 16-4 in a league challenge.
The Hurricanes now own a 10-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Fair Haven for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, June 1. Hartford will battle a Slaters squad coming off a 21-6 league loss to Otter Valley (Brandon, VT). The Slaters record now stands at 6-8.
With the loss, Windsor falls to 3-12 on the campaign. The Yellowjackets travel to Thetford Academy (Thetford, VT) to battle the Panthers in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, May 31. The Panthers enter the challenge with a record of 5-7. Thetford Academy lost 16-8 in their recent league challenge against U-32 (Montpelier, VT)
