New York High School Baseball - Bowne wallops Newcomers
May 28, 2025: Flushing, NY 11367 The Bowne Wildcats (Flushing, NY) baseball trounced the visiting Newcomers Lions (Queens, NY), 12-2 in Wednesday's non-league challenge.
The Wildcats now own a 15-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to McKee Vo-Tech for a non-league challenge on Thursday, May 29. Bowne will clash with a Seagulls team coming off a 5-3 non-league win over A-Tech (Brooklyn, NY). The Seagulls record now stands at 18-2.
With the defeat, Newcomers drops to 7-7 on the year.
