May 3, 2022: Shady Spring, WV 25918 The Shady Spring Tigers baseball team scored 15 runs and limited the visiting Greater Beckley Christian Crusaders to 2 in the Tigers non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Tigers (19-4) will now prepare for their match against PikeView (Princeton, WV). The Panthers go into the Coalfield AA match with a 13-13 record. In their last match, PikeView was overwhelmed by James Monroe (Lindside, WV), 13-10, in a non-league match.
The Crusaders (9-14) will now prepare for their match against Summers County (Hinton, WV). The Bobcats go into the Coalfield AA match with a 4-10 record. In their last match, Summers County was overwhelmed by Midland Trail (Hico, WV), 15-7, in a league match.
