Virginia High School Baseball - Sidwell Friends loses to Potomac School
May 3, 2022: McLean, VA 22101 The Sidwell Friends Quakers baseball team (Washington, DC), was overwhelmed 10-4 in Tuesday's league outing with the host Potomac School Panthers (McLean, VA)
The Panthers now hold a 11-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Flint Hill for a Mid-Atlantic-MAC outing on Thursday, May 5. Potomac School will confront a Huskies team coming off a 5-3 non-league loss to St. John's (Washington, DC). The Huskies record now stands at 16-6.
Next, the Quakers confront the Maret Frogs (Washington, DC) in a Mid-Atlantic-MAC outing, on Thursday, May 5. Sidwell Friends will attempt to advance on its 8-9 season record. The Frogs go into the outing with a 13-4 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Landon (Bethesda, MD).
