Virginia High School Lacrosse - Charlottesville drops to Western Albemarle
May 3, 2022: Crozet, VA 22932 Western Albemarle Warriors (Crozet, VA) backers left the game thrilled Tuesday as they observed their lacrosse team top the visiting Charlottesville Black Knights (Charlottesville, VA), 18-0 in a league match.
With the win, Western Albemarle upgrades its record to 7-1 on the season. The Warriors travel to St. Anne's-Belfield (Charlottesville, VA) to play the Saints in a non-league match on Thursday, May 5. The Saints go into the match with a record of 17-2. St. Anne's-Belfield won 12-11 in their recent non-league match against Georgetown Visitation Prep (Washington, DC)
With the defeat, Charlottesville drops to 1-6 on the season. The Black knights travel to Goochland (Goochland, VA) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league match on Friday, May 6. The Bulldogs go into the match with a record of 0-7. Goochland lost 14-5 in their recent non-league match against Fluvanna County (Palmyra, VA)
