May 3, 2022: Rocky Mount, NC 27804 The Rocky Mount Prep Jaguars softball team (Rocky Mount, NC), was routed 22-3 in Tuesday's league test with the visiting Weldon Chargers (Weldon, NC)
Coming up next, the Chargers encounter the Northwest Halifax Vikings (Littleton, NC) in a Tar Roanoke 1A test, on Thursday, May 5. Weldon will attempt to improve on its 6-1 season record. The Vikings come into the test with a 1-6 record after their 19-1 league loss to KIPP Pride (Gaston, NC).
The Jaguars (2-5) will now prepare for their test against Warren County (Warrenton, NC). The Eagles come into the Tar Roanoke 1A test with a 8-2 record. In their last test, Warren County was routed by Riverside-Martin (Williamston, NC), 5-4, in a non-league test.
