Connecticut High School Baseball - Branford loses to Xavier
May 3, 2023: Branford, CT 06405 In Wednesday's non-league game, the visiting Xavier Falcons baseball team scored a tight 7-2 victory over the Branford Hornets.
The Falcons (9-4) will now prepare for their game against Amity Regional (Woodbridge, CT). The Spartans go into the non-league game with a 9-5 record. In their last game, Amity Regional tipped Notre Dame (West Haven, CT), 12-6, in a non-league game.
The Hornets (3-9) will now prepare for their game against Foran (Milford, CT). The Lions go into the Southern Connecticut - Oronoque game with a 4-10 record.
