May 3, 2023: Camp Lejeune, NC 28547 In Wednesday's league battle, the host Lejeune Devil Pups soccer squad scored a good 9-0 triumph over the Northside - Pinetown Panthers.
The Devil Pups (9-3) will now prepare for their battle against Southside (Chocowinity, NC). The Seahawks come into the Coastal Plains 1A/2A battle with a 7-10 record. In their last battle, Southside thwarted Cape Hatteras (Buxton, NC), 4-0, in a non-league battle.
The Panthers (0-6) will now prepare for their battle against East Carteret (Beaufort, NC). The Mariners come into the Coastal Plains 1A/2A battle with a 10-5 record. In their last battle, East Carteret thwarted Southside (Chocowinity, NC), 10-0, in a league battle.
