Maine High School Softball - Bangor topped by Skowhegan
May 3, 2023: Bangor, ME 04401 The Skowhegan River Hawks softball team scored 15 runs and limited the host Bangor Rams to 5 in the River Hawks league triumph on Wednesday.
With the triumph, Skowhegan moves its record to 6-0 on the year. The River Hawks travel to Camden Hills (Rockport, ME) to play the Windjammers in a Class A North game on Saturday, May 6. The Windjammers come into the game with a record of 1-3. Camden Hills lost 10-0 in their recent league game against Brunswick (Brunswick, ME)
In their next game, the Rams play the Mt. Ararat Eagles (Topsham, ME) in a Class A North game, on Friday, May 5. Bangor will attempt to move on its 2-3 season record. The Eagles come into the game with a 0-3 record after their 8-0 league loss to Skowhegan (Skowhegan, ME).
