Connecticut High School Softball - Stafford bounces Suffield
May 3, 2023: West Suffield, CT 06093 The Stafford Bulldogs routed the host Suffield Wildcats softball squad by a final score of 12-6 in Wednesday's league battle.
The Bulldogs (2-6) will now prepare for their battle against Ellington (Ellington, CT). The Knights go into the North Central Connecticut battle with a 9-1 record. In their last battle, Ellington nudged Granby Memorial (Granby, CT), 12-0, in a league battle.
The Wildcats now possess a 2-10 record. They play next when they travel to Windsor Locks for a North Central Connecticut battle on Friday, May 5. Suffield will meet a Raiders squad coming off a 14-6 league loss to Rockville (Vernon, CT). The Raiders record now stands at 2-8.
