Spectators at Friday's non-league battle between the Philipsburg-Osceola Mountaineers (Philipsburg, PA) and the visiting Bedford Bisons (Bedford, PA), saw Philipsburg-Osceola's baseball squad knock off Bedford by a count of 6-4.

Coming up next, the Mountaineers play the Huntingdon Bearcats (Huntingdon, PA) in a Laurel Highlands East battle, on Monday, May 6. Philipsburg-Osceola will attempt to move on its 10-4 season record.
