In Friday's league challenge, the Central Mountain Wildcats (Mill Hall, PA) baseball squad the visiting Shikellamy Braves (Sunbury, PA), by a margin of 7-2.

With the win, Central Mountain betters its record to 12-3 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Williamsport (Williamsport, PA) to encounter the Millionaires in a Heartland I challenge on Monday, May 6. The Millionaires come into the challenge with a record of 9-7. Williamsport lost 12-5 in their recent non-league challenge against Slippery Rock (Slippery Rock, PA)

With the defeat, Shikellamy falls to 2-13 on the season. The Braves travel to North Schuylkill (Ashland, PA) to encounter the Spartans in a non-league challenge on Monday, May 6.
