May 3, 2024: Texarkana, AR 71854 Spectators at Friday's non-league battle between the Genoa Central Dragons (Texarkana, AR) and the visiting Smackover Buckaroos (Smackover, AR), saw Genoa Central's baseball squad beat Smackover by a margin of 9-1.
Coming up next, the Dragons play the Harmony Grove Hornets (Camden, AR) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, May 4. Genoa Central will attempt to better on its 16-3 season record. The Hornets enter the battle with a 14-10 record after their 6-0 non-league win over Glen Rose (Malvern, AR).
The Buckaroos now sport a 9-7 record.
