Gilroy Mustangs (Gilroy, CA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Silver Creek Raiders (San Jose, CA), 20-8 in a league test.

With the win, Gilroy upgrades its record to 5-20 on the season. The Mustangs host Hill (San Jose, CA) to battle the Falcons in a Santa Teresa test on Monday, May 6. The Falcons come into the test with a record of 6-16. Hill lost 15-1 in their recent league test against Prospect (Saratoga, CA)

With the defeat, Silver Creek falls to 8-15 on the season. The Raiders travel to Evergreen Valley (San Jose, CA) to battle the Cougars in a Santa Teresa test on Monday, May 6.
