New Jersey High School Lacrosse - Clifton drops to DePaul Catholic
May 3, 2024: Clifton, NJ 07013 In Friday's non-league test, the visiting DePaul Catholic Spartans lacrosse squad scored a tight 6-2 victory over the Clifton Mustangs.
The Spartans now have a 9-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lakeland Regional for a non-league test on Monday, May 6. DePaul Catholic will face a Lancers squad coming off a 10-5 non-league loss to Vernon (Vernon, NJ). The Lancers record now stands at 5-6.
In their next game, the Mustangs face the Park Ridge Owls (Park Ridge, NJ) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, May 7. Clifton will attempt to move on its 0-12 season record. The Owls come into the test with a 2-9 record after their 13-1 non-league win over Eastern Christian (North Haledon, NJ).
