May 3, 2024: Lake City, AR 72437 In Friday's non-league contest, the Riverside Rebels (Lake City, AR) softball team overwhelmed the visiting Palestine-Wheatley Patriots (Palestine, AR), by a margin of 11-2.
With the triumph, Riverside moves its record to 25-1 on the year. The Rebels travel to Carlisle (Carlisle, AR) to play the Bison in a non-league contest on Saturday, May 4. The Bison go into the match with a record of 25-4. Carlisle won 4-3 in their recent non-league match against East Poinsett County (Lepanto, AR)
With the loss, Palestine-Wheatley moves to 12-11 on the season.
