May 3, 2024: Waynesboro, VA 22980 The Wilson Memorial Green Hornets (Fishersville, VA) softball routed the host Waynesboro Little Giants (Waynesboro, VA), 9-2 in Friday's non-league bout.
The Green Hornets (5-11) will now prepare for their bout against Buffalo Gap (Swoope, VA). The Bison go into the Shenandoah bout with a 10-2 record. In their last bout, Buffalo Gap held off Stuarts Draft (Stuarts Draft, VA), 6-5, in a league bout.
The Little Giants now possess a 4-7 record. They play next when they host Riverheads for a non-league bout on Friday, May 10.
