Illinois High School Volleyball - Maine West over Metea Valley

In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Maine West Warriors volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Metea Valley Mustangs.

The Warriors (24-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Niles West (Skokie, IL). The Wolves enter the Central Suburban North challenge with a 15-6 record. In their last challenge, Niles West was beaten by Oak Park-River Forest (Oak Park, IL), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Mustangs meet the Waubonsie Valley Warriors (Aurora, IL) in a DuPage Valley challenge, on Thursday, May 8. Metea Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 14-12 season record.
