Next, the Bulldogs meet the Bear Lake Lakers (Bear Lake, MI) in a West Michigan D challenge, on Monday, May 5. Mesick will attempt to upgrade on its 6-5 season record. The Lakers go into the challenge with a 0-9 record after their 13-0 non-league loss to Frankfort (Frankfort, MI).
The Lakers (5-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Buckley (Buckley, MI). The Bears go into the Northwest challenge with a 4-4 record. In their last challenge, Buckley held off Brethren (Brethren, MI), 7-0, in a non-league challenge.
