Ohio High School Baseball - Jonathan Alder nips Kenton Ridge
May 30, 2024: Springfield, OH 45503 Jonathan Alder Pioneers (Plain City, OH) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they observed their baseball squad hold off the host Kenton Ridge Cougars (Springfield, OH), 8-7 in a non-league test.
With the win, Jonathan Alder upgrades its record to 28-2 on the season. The Pioneers travel to Badin (Hamilton, OH) to battle the Rams in a non-league test on Friday, May 31. The Rams come into the test with a record of 25-6. Badin won 4-0 in their recent non-league test against Indian Hill (Cincinnati, OH)
With the defeat, Kenton Ridge falls to 21-5 on the season.
