Iowa High School Baseball - Roland-Story wallops South Hamilton
May 30, 2025: Jewell, IA 50130 The Roland-Story Norsemen baseball team scored 19 runs and held the host South Hamilton Hawks to 0 in the Norsemen non-league win on Friday.
The Norsemen now hold a 6-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Johnston for a non-league test on Saturday, May 31. Roland-Story will play a Dragons team coming off a 6-1 league loss to Ankeny Centennial (Ankeny, IA). The Dragons record now stands at 5-3.
With the defeat, South Hamilton drops to 0-2 on the year. The Hawks travel to West Marshall (State Center, IA) to play the Trojans in a non-league test on Monday, June 2. The Trojans go into the test with a record of 3-6. West Marshall won 3-2 in their recent non-league test against Des Moines Christian (Des Moines, IA)
