May 4, 2021: Cranford, NJ 07016 Cranford Cougars (Cranford, NJ) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Governor Livingston Highlanders (Berkeley Heights, NJ), 9-5 in a league test.
With the win, Cranford upgrades its record to 8-0 on the season. The Cougars travel to Union (Union, NJ) to battle the Farmers in a Union County - Watchung test on Thursday, May 6. The Farmers come into the test with a record of 1-1. Union lost 8-7 in their recent league test against Scotch Plains-Fanwood (Scotch Plains, NJ)
With the defeat, Governor Livingston falls to 1-1 on the season. The Highlanders travel to Madison (Madison, NJ) to battle the Dodgers in a non-league test on Saturday, May 8. The Dodgers come into the test with a record of 6-3.
