Virginia High School Softball - Woodson Lake Braddock
May 4, 2022: Fairfax, VA 22031 Woodson Cavaliers (Fairfax, VA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Lake Braddock Bruins (Burke, VA), 9-6 in a league challenge.
The Cavaliers now own a 6-10 record. They take the field next when they host Alexandria City for a Patriot challenge on Thursday, May 5. Woodson will battle a Titans squad coming off a 4-0 league loss to West Potomac (Alexandria, VA). The Titans record now stands at 4-16.
With the loss, Lake Braddock falls to 7-6 on the campaign. The Bruins travel to Robinson (Fairfax, VA) to battle the Rams in a Patriot challenge on Friday, May 6. The Rams enter the challenge with a record of 10-3. Robinson won 17-1 in their recent league challenge against Fairfax (Fairfax, VA)
