May 4, 2023: Manitowoc, WI 54220 The Manitowoc Lincoln Ships (Manitowoc, WI) softball the visiting De Pere Redbirds (De Pere, WI), 6-4 in Thursday's league bout.
The Ships (5-7) will now prepare for their bout against Bay Port (Green Bay, WI). The Pirates go into the Fox River Classic bout with a 8-7 record. In their last bout, Bay Port held off Green Bay Southwest (Green Bay, WI), 12-1, in a league bout.
The Redbirds now possess a 10-5 record. They play next when they travel to West De Pere for a non-league bout on Saturday, May 6. De Pere will confront a Phantoms squad coming off a 12-8 league win over Xavier (Appleton, WI). The Phantoms record now stands at 5-6.
