Delaware High School Softball - Delmar loses to Lake Forest
May 4, 2023: Felton, DE 19943 The Lake Forest Spartans softball team scored 10 runs and limited the visiting Delmar Wildcats to 0 in the Spartans league triumph on Thursday.
With the triumph, Lake Forest improves its record to 10-4 on the year. The Spartans travel to Delmarva Christian (Georgetown, DE) to clash with the Royals in a non-league game on Tuesday, May 9. The Royals come into the game with a record of 10-2. Delmarva Christian lost 8-2 in their recent league game against Caravel (Bear, DE)
In their next game, the Wildcats clash with the Polytech Panthers (Woodside, DE) in a non-league game, on Saturday, May 6. Delmar will attempt to improve on its 3-8 season record. The Panthers come into the game with a 6-5 record after their 6-0 league win over Sussex Tech (Georgetown, DE).
