The Wells Leopards crushed the visiting Mineral County Serpents baseball team by a count of 18-5 in Saturday's league bout.

The Leopards now possess a 22-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Excel Christian for a non-league bout on Friday, May 10. Wells will face a Warriors team coming off a 23-5 league win over Carlin (Carlin, NV). The Warriors record now stands at 10-6.

Next, the Serpents face the Smith Valley Bulldogs (Smith, NV) in a non-league bout, on Friday, May 10. Mineral County will attempt to move on its 6-17 season record.
