Northview Wildcats (Grand Rapids, MI) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Kenowa Hills Knights (Grand Rapids, MI), 7-4 in a non-league challenge.

The Wildcats now own a 13-12 record. They take the field next when they travel to Forest Hills Central for a Ottawa-Kent - White challenge on Monday, May 6.

With the loss, Kenowa Hills falls to 7-7 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Belding (Belding, MI) to battle the Black Knights in a non-league game on Tuesday, May 7. The Black Knights come into the game with a record of 3-8.
