May 4, 2026: North Anson, ME 04947 Traip Rangers (Kittery, ME) fans left the game pleased Monday as they observed their baseball squad nip the host Carrabec Cobras (North Anson, ME), 5-4 in a non-league match.
With the triumph, Traip advances its record to 2-4 on the season. The Rangers travel to Waynflete (Portland, ME) to battle the Flyers in a Class C South match on Wednesday, May 6. The Flyers come into the match with a record of 5-2. Waynflete won 11-0 in their recent non-league match against Maine Central Institute (Pittsfield, ME)
The Cobras now have a 1-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Vinalhaven for a non-league match on Wednesday, May 6. Carrabec will battle a Vikings squad coming off a 7-2 league win over Greenville (Greenville, ME). The Vikings record now stands at 2-2.
