New York High School Baseball - Rondout Valley loses to Marlboro Central
May 4, 2026: Marlboro, NY 12542 Marlboro Central Dukes (Marlboro, NY) fans left the game pleased Monday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the visiting Rondout Valley Ganders (Accord, NY), 13-3 in a league match.
With the triumph, Marlboro Central advances its record to 5-7 on the season. The Dukes travel to Red Hook (Red Hook, NY) to battle the Raiders in a Section 9 Mid Hudson I match on Thursday, May 7. The Raiders come into the match with a record of 9-5. Red Hook won 2-1 in their recent league match against New Paltz (New Paltz, NY)
The Ganders now have a 1-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host New Paltz for a Section 9 Mid Hudson I match on Wednesday, May 6. Rondout Valley will battle a Huguenots squad coming off a 2-1 league loss to Red Hook (Red Hook, NY). The Huguenots record now stands at 9-5.
