The Sherwood Warriors crushed the host Damascus Hornets baseball team by a tally of 9-1 in Thursday's non-league bout.

The Warriors now hold a 16-1 record. They take the field next when they host Clarksburg for a non-league bout on Friday, May 6. Sherwood will face a Coyotes team coming off a 9-1 non-league loss to Walter Johnson (Bethesda, MD). The Coyotes record now stands at 7-7.

Next, the Hornets face the Northwest Jaguars (Germantown, MD) in a non-league bout, on Monday, May 9. Damascus will attempt to advance on its 9-9 season record.
