The Lyons Lions (LaGrange, IL) volleyball nudged the visiting St. Francis Spartans (Wheaton, IL), 2-1 in Thursday's non-league outing.

With the win, Lyons upgrades its record to 19-8 on the year. The Lions travel to Glenbard West (Glen Ellyn, IL) to face the Hilltoppers in a West Suburban outing on Tuesday, May 10. The Hilltoppers go into the outing with a record of 28-1. Glenbard West won 2-1 in their recent non-league outing against Maine South (Park Ridge, IL)
