In Thursday's league battle, the Nauset Regional Warriors (North Eastham, MA) lacrosse squad routed the host Nantucket Whalers (Nantucket, MA), by a count of 15-10.

Coming up next, the Warriors clash with the Falmouth Clippers (Falmouth, MA) in a Cape and Islands battle, on Tuesday, May 10. Nauset Regional will attempt to advance on its 10-2 season record. The Clippers come into the battle with a 5-4 record after their 10-4 league loss to Sandwich (East Sandwich, MA).

The Whalers now own a 3-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Dennis-Yarmouth Regional for a non-league battle on Monday, May 9. Nantucket will clash with a Dolphins squad coming off a 22-9 non-league win over Sturgis East (Hyannis, MA). The Dolphins record now stands at 3-3.
