Michigan High School Softball - Clare bounces Harrison
May 5, 2022: Farmington Hills, MI 48334 Clare Pioneers (Clare, MI) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Harrison Hawks (Farmington Hills, MI), 20-0 in a league challenge.
The Pioneers now own a 7-2 record. They take the field next when they host Elk Rapids for a non-league challenge on Saturday, May 7. Clare will battle a Elks squad coming off a 12-7 league win over Boyne City (Boyne City, MI). The Elks record now stands at 11-3.
With the loss, Harrison falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Hawks travel to Chippewa Hills (Remus, MI) to battle the Warriors in a Central State Activities Association-Gold challenge on Friday, May 6. The Warriors enter the challenge with a record of 2-0.
