New York High School Baseball - Edison Tech defeats Early College
May 5, 2023: Yonkers, NY 10710 Edison Tech Inventors (Rochester, NY) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Early College Sharks (Yonkers, NY), 8-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Edison Tech upgrades its record to 6-7 on the season. The Inventors travel to Wilson Magnet (Rochester, NY) to battle the Wildcats in a Section 5 Rochester City Catholic test on Friday, May 5. The Wildcats come into the test with a record of 1-3. Wilson Magnet lost 19-2 in their recent non-league test against Dansville (Dansville, NY)
With the defeat, Early College falls to 1-3 on the season. The Sharks travel to School of the Arts (Rochester, NY) to battle the Silverhawks in a non-league test on Monday, May 8. The Silverhawks come into the test with a record of 6-5. School of the Arts won 15-0 in their recent league test against Franklin (Rochester, NY)
