May 5, 2023: Higganum, CT 06441 Morgan Huskies (Clinton, CT) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they observed their baseball squad hold off the host Haddam-Killingworth Cougars (Higganum, CT), 3-2 in a league test.
With the win, Morgan upgrades its record to 6-10 on the season. The Huskies travel to East Hampton (East Hampton, CT) to battle the Bellringers in a Shoreline - Large test on Monday, May 8. The Bellringers come into the test with a record of 6-7. East Hampton won 4-2 in their recent league test against North Branford (North Branford, CT)
With the defeat, Haddam-Killingworth falls to 13-3 on the season. The Cougars travel to Valley Regional (Deep River, CT) to battle the Warriors in a Shoreline - Large test on Monday, May 8. The Warriors come into the test with a record of 10-5. Valley Regional won 10-2 in their recent league test against Cromwell (Cromwell, CT)
