The Roosevelt Bears (Wyandotte, MI) baseball got by the visiting Allen Park Jaguars (Allen Park, MI), 6-5 in Monday's league challenge.

The Bears now own a 8-11 record. They take the field next when they host Taylor for a Downriver challenge on Wednesday, May 7. Roosevelt will clash with a Griffins team coming off a 1-0 league win over Lincoln Park (Lincoln Park, MI). The Griffins record now stands at 8-11.

With the defeat, Allen Park drops to 13-6 on the year. The Jaguars travel to Trenton (Trenton, MI) to clash with the Trojans in a Downriver challenge on Tuesday, May 6.
