Michigan High School Baseball - Riverview holds off Jefferson
May 5, 2025: Monroe, MI 48162 In Monday's league game, the visiting Riverview Pirates baseball team scored a close 6-2 win over the Jefferson Bears.
The Pirates (6-18) will now prepare for their game against Jefferson (Monroe, MI). The Bears go into the Huron game with a 9-9 record. In their last game, Jefferson nudged Summerfield (Petersburg, MI), 5-3, in a non-league game.
Next, the Bears play the Riverview Pirates (Riverview, MI) in a Huron game, on Monday, May 5. Jefferson will attempt to improve on its 9-11 season record. The Pirates go into the game with a 4-18 record after their 12-5 non-league loss to Carlson (Gibraltar, MI).
