Pacelli Cardinals (Stevens Point, WI) fans left the game pleased Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the host Amherst Falcons (Amherst, WI), 11-5 in a non-league match.

With the triumph, Pacelli advances its record to 9-5 on the season. The Cardinals travel to Bonduel (Bonduel, WI) to battle the Bears in a non-league match on Saturday, May 9. The Bears come into the match with a record of 12-2.

The Falcons now have a 9-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Menominee Nation for a Central Wisconsin - East match on Thursday, May 7. Amherst will battle a Eagles squad coming off a 2-0 league loss to Iola-Scandinavia (Iola, WI). The Eagles record now stands at 3-10.
