In Tuesday's league match, the visiting Rustburg Red Devils softball team scored a tight 2-0 win over the Liberty Minuteman.

The Red Devils (13-5) will now prepare for their match against Jefferson Forest (Forest, VA). The Cavaliers come into the Seminole match with a 9-6 record.

In their next game, the Minuteman confront the Brookville Bees (Lynchburg, VA) in a Seminole match, on Friday, May 8. Liberty will attempt to better on its 5-11 season record.
