Alameda Hornets (Alameda, CA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they observed their baseball squad hold off the visiting Berkeley Yellowjackets (Berkeley, CA), 3-2 in a league test.

With the win, Alameda upgrades its record to 18-6 on the season. The Hornets travel to Bishop O'Dowd (Oakland, CA) to battle the Dragons in a West Alameda County - Foothill test on Tuesday, May 10. The Dragons come into the test with a record of 16-8. Bishop O'Dowd won 13-3 in their recent league test against San Leandro (San Leandro, CA)
