South Carolina High School Baseball - Batesburg-Leesville defeats Saluda
May 6, 2023: Saluda, SC 29138 Batesburg-Leesville Panthers (Batesburg, SC) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Saluda Tigers (Saluda, SC), 10-2 in a non-league test.
With the win, Batesburg-Leesville upgrades its record to 7-5 on the season. The Panthers travel to Gray Collegiate Academy (West Columbia, SC) to battle the War Eagles in a non-league test on Monday, May 8. The War Eagles come into the test with a record of 9-5. Gray Collegiate Academy won 11-0 in their recent non-league test against Saluda (Saluda, SC)
With the defeat, Saluda falls to 16-8 on the season.
